Done with country visits.
Amazing one month in the Baltic countries is over.
A lot of people and experiences that challenged me in many ways.
Next time when wondering whether to take a challenge or not - take it! Even though it might be hard and not exactly the way you expected it, but you will learn as much as you will never be able to while staying at home.
And do not forget that this year is your year - enjoy it and know that it will never be back :).

p.s. If you are wondering where I am going next: I am in Brussels till Tuesday to meet Bridgestone about the next year contract and then I will meet all the VP Finances for amazing three days with PwC in Warsaw. You thought it will be over? No! I am going to Czech Republic for meeting with a potential partner and to chair the preparation seminar for the people about to go on exchange and on the 19th I am finally back to Budapest for the ER Summit and one month of office work :).
Isn't it exciting? Applications for GN Board are to be released in March :)
